If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.

Vonne Solís Learning Center

This school has been designed to help anyone who has suffered devastating loss, heal and create authentic and lasting change for their life.

The teaching is based on a gentle and compassionate approach that is unique to the healing needs of the bereaved, no matter who they have lost or where they are in their bereavement.

As a bereaved mom, I am a firm believer that we don't have to suffer. The possibilities for a beautiful life are endless, no matter what we have endured.

And, if you are feeling a little lost or don't know how to make this happen, I'd love to help you start your journey.

Vonne Solís

Hello! I'm Vonne. As an author and life transformation coach, I am honoured to be your guide in the Beyond Bereavement course series designed to take you beyond bereavement and into the life of your dreams. After losing my twenty-two-year old daughter to suicide in 2005, I have remained committed to healing from this devastating loss and supporting other bereaved people in their healing.

As a practitioner of metaphysics and spirituality for forty years and life transformation coach since 2006, I've helped countless people connect to their personal power and go after their dreams. Losing my daughter forced me to develop an approach to specifically meet the healing and transformation needs of the bereaved, which I'm now able to offer through my online learning center.

Healing from child loss or other devastating loss requires compassion, empathy and a gentle approach. Trying to recover from the shock, trauma, loss of identity and chaos that loss creates requires a true understanding of complicated grief and the challenges there are in healing. While the Beyond Bereavement approach is not intended to be a substitute for traditional therapy, it has been designed to support the healing needs of the bereaved in other ways.

This practice is centered on the principle of taking responsibility for our healing and the power there is in choice. Having said this and as a bereaved mom, I understand the challenges there are in trying to recover from loss that seems impossible to heal from. However, I remain optimistic that we can heal from the worst of our pain. And if today, this can't be for ourselves, then perhaps it can be to honour the memory of our loved one who has died and left us with so much pain. I hope to see you in the course!
